Sarah Wallace

HR Consultant

As an HR Consultant, I partner with clients to build strong relationships that allow me to gain a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs and culture. My goal is to help organizations optimize their workforce and improve overall performance by providing expert advice and support on human resource policies, talent management, recruitment strategies, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

We are in the thick of raising 3 kids who are all involved in different sports. At some point it seemed like a good idea to add a dog to the mix – enter our Aussiedoodle, Ellie. We are a chaotic crew. When I’m not running a carpool, I enjoy working out, outdoor activities, travel, trying fun restaurants.

As a dedicated Senior Payroll consultant, I provide comprehensive client support, oversee the implementation and maintenance of payroll systems, ensure payroll accuracy, prepare detailed reports, and resolve payroll-related issues.

In my personal time, I enjoy traveling, antiquing, and creating handmade items. At heart, I am a floral designer who loves making seasonal wreaths and crafts.

DeLane Moore

HR and Payroll Administrator

As a Human Resources and Payroll Associate, I support various HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and compliance. My key responsibilities include assisting with employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, addressing HR inquiries and processing accurate and timely payrolls.
